Facts:   Client was prosecuted for High Range drink driving after having a head on accident and a blood sample tested at 0.167.  Client instructed that this reading was impossible given drinking history prior to the accident.

Result:  Charge dismissed.  After thoroughly checking the hospital notes and calling expert evidence we successfully challenged the blood analysis alcohol reading. Consequently, there was no admissible evidence against our client regarding blood alcohol concentration.
