Facts: Our client was charged with his 3^rd Drive Whilst Disqualified within 7 months, including the breach of a good behaviour bond.  The client was facing a 2 year gaol sentence and lengthy disqualification.

Result:  The Magistrate imposed a suspended gaol sentence and he left the court that afternoon.
